Shipping and Processing Time

Typically, orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days, but we kindly ask that you allow for up to 2 weeks (3 weeks during sales events).  The package should arrive within 7-15 days. 

 

Please bear in mind that, due to customs processes, it is possible that the item may take up to 30 days to arrive after being shipped. Certain countries have more stringent customs procedures, which can cause delays and temporarily hold packages.

Lost Packages:

We take full responsibility for any lost packages within our shipping country. However, for packages lost outside of our shipping country, it is the customer's responsibility to resolve the matter with their courier/local post, unless they have opted for insured shipping. In such cases, we can provide the necessary contact information and tracking details.

 

If a package does not exit our shipping zone within 60 business days (due to being lost), after the tracking information has been posted, we will either offer a full refund or reshipment as per the customer's preference.

 

When a package requires pick-up, it becomes the customer's responsibility to retrieve it. In situations where the package address is filled out incorrectly, the buyer is liable for any associated losses. If a package is returned to the overseas warehouse of the logistics company, the customer has the option to have it re-shipped at their own expense by the specified deadline. If an address is found to be ineligible for shipping, we will promptly contact the customer, and they must provide a new shipping address within the given deadline.

 

If the customer fails to settle the reshipment invoice by the deadline, the parcel will be treated as an unclaimed item and disposed of in accordance with the overseas warehouse's process and the logistics company's policy.

Shipping Delays:

If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control cause shipping delays, we will communicate this on our website, and as the buyer, you acknowledge and understand these risks. While our company will strive to provide the best estimates regarding the extent of the delays, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates during such situations. Please be aware that once your order is fulfilled and shipped, the option for standard refunds will no longer be available.
