Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with detailed information and, if possible, attach relevant photos.


We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue by arranging a replacement, refund, or exchange, depending on the circumstances.
